  • Service Cancellation: Clients can request to cancel services at any time by contacting our support team via email at digitalmarketingdisorder@gmail.com. Please provide your full name, contact information, and details of the service(s) you wish to cancel.

  • Cancellation Fees: Depending on the stage of the project and the terms outlined in the service agreement, cancellation fees may apply. These fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the client upon cancellation request.

  • Notice Period: We require a minimum notice period of 30 days for cancellation requests to allow for proper adjustments and processing.

2. Refund Policy:

  • Eligibility: Refunds may be granted solely at the discretion of Digital Marketing Disorders management.

  • Service Not Rendered: If services have not been rendered, clients may be eligible for a full refund minus any applicable cancellation fees.

  • Partially Rendered Services: If services have been partially rendered, a prorated refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

  • No Refund Eligibility: Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully rendered or for any completed work deemed satisfactory by the client.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

3. Additional Terms:

  • Communication: All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to digitalmarketingdisorder@gmail.com.

  • Changes to Policy: Digital Marketing Disorders reserves the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
