Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Appointment Confirmation All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our online system. A confirmation email/message will be sent once your booking is secured. 2. Payment Terms Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. For monthly services, payment must be made before the start of each billing cycle. 3. Cancellation Policy * Cancellations must be made at least *24 hours in advance*. * Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee or loss of session. 4. Rescheduling * You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. * Rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to availability or additional charges. 5. No-Show Policy * Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. * No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. 6. Service Scope & Timelines * Timelines and deliverables will be shared in advance. * Delays due to lack of client inputs, approvals, or communication may impact delivery schedules. 7. Communication * All official communication will be conducted via email or agreed channels. * Clients are expected to respond within reasonable timelines to ensure smooth execution. 8.
